Dear foreign friends，

On the occasion of the 2020 Spring Festival, we express our heartfelt wishes to you!

Based on the National Contingency Plan for Public Health Emergencies issued by the State Council and the current epidemic prevention and control situation, Hebei Province launched Level-One Public Health Emergency Response on January 24, 2020. The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Hebei Province hereby sends the following messages to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Hebei：

I.Please strengthen self-protection, keep good personal hygiene, avoid crowded places, and stop group activities such as gatherings and dinners. Please wear facemasks correctly when going out. Medical surgical facemasks are preferred.

II.Follow the official website of Hebei Health Commission for latest updates of disease prevention and information of designated hospitals for patients with the novel coronavirus, preventive measures, and important notices.

III.In case of recent visits to affected areas or having contact with people from such areas, please follow your personal health closely and report to your employer, school and/or community authorities as early as possible. Please support and cooperate with community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.

IV.If you have any questions or suggestions, please call Hebei Health Commission’s hotline at 0311-12320 or Hebei Foreign Affairs Office at 0311-87807316. We will respond to your concerns in a timely manner.

二、请您关注“河北省卫生健康委员会”官方网站定时发布的河北省新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情情况，了解全省各地医疗救治定点医院信息和联系方式、有关疫情防 控措施和重要通知通告等。

三、如您近期曾到访疫情高发地区，或接触过疫情高发地区来冀人员，请密切关注自身身体状况，并尽快向所在单位或社区报告。如有社区工作人员或医务人员询问您的情况，请您理解支持并积极配合。
